Command Center passwords are based on Native Sabre Passwords. Please note the following:

Passwords can only be set using Native Sabre or by contacting the
    Sabre Create Agent at your airline

Passwords are 6 to 8 alphanumeric characters and must contain at
    least one instance of a number

If an incorrect password is entered three times, the password will be
    locked out - this will require a call to the Sabre Create Agent at your
    airline
